West Thompson Lake Campground

Love the trails...wish there was less trash.

Very clean with courteous hosts. Fire pit was large with a built in grate to cook on. Bathrooms were tidy and had a single shower stall for use free of charge. Rented shelter 1A and it provided adequate escape from the elements. Firewood can be purchased at the gatehouse and you are given a generous bundle for $5. Overall a nice place for families tent camping or anyone with an RV.

We had the peace and quiet that we were looking for. The kids loved the playground, not so much the basketball (balls kept on ending in the bushes). The hostess are very welcoming and pleasant.

Very nice campground. The hosts were great. You get alot of firewood for $5. Would love to go back and stay longer next time.

The campground and the park has always been a very clean and enjoyable retreat! The rangers present when we visited were kind and helpful. The wood is reasonablly priced and the trails around the lake are fun to ride or hike. Don't forget your matches ud83dude0a
