Bunaken National Marine Park

Can't love this place more! Super beautiful coral reeves and sea animals. You can see a lot of lovely sea turtles and, if you are lucky, baby sharks 😍. Local residents also love whem and even have coral farms to grow corals to protect their home and the ocean. Please stop climate change and global warming! It's real - don't believe Donald Trump!!!

I travelled virtually and admired this place. It is located in Sulawesi Utara province, northern Sulawesi island. Acc.to a reference the Bunaken is habitat of 70% fish species, which live in Indo-Western Pacific. There are 33 species of Kupu-kupu fishes & 390 species of coral reefs. Bunaken is famous thanks to the beauty of its underwater. Another source informed that there are dolphins, sea cows and the ancient fish choelacanth. There are 20 diving spots which have various depth until 1.344 meters.

Nice place under water

Great diving! Lots of turtles and fishes. Reef is good with plenty of healthy corals. The water is so clear, visibility is easily 30 m. As a bonus, we were lucky to come across a school of playful dolphins that stayed with our boat for almost 20 mins!
