Bad Service, Unclear Queues, waited 3 hours more. D was scheduled for 7 but the doctor came at 8. Very unprofessional. It's a shame even though the hospital has been in service for a long time, it's forced to come here because it's near the house! Until now, 21.33, no call has been made! Thank you

Poor service, unclear systems and queues waiting up to 3 hours just for a pregnancy checkup. The hope is that it can create a better system, especially Muhammadiyah is an organization that is known for being neat in its system.
