Lodging closed to the public harbour. Cheap enough for traveller

Little House is an accommodation just 5 minutes walk from the ferry harbor. Different kind of clean rooms. The more expensive with AC and warm water shower. Friendly staff, supermarket and small restaurant just next door. They offer car and motor bike rental for reasonable prices. Sure we will come back.

Located near port Ulu. I think it was one of the best hotel besides Hotel Jakarta in Siau. VIP room has hot water shower and fridge. The room can be used up to 4 people. It has 2 beds with sliding bed. Price of the VIP room 400.000 rupiah, reasonable price I think. There is ATM BNI and minimarket at the side of the hotel. You can rent a car and motorcycle here. Note: They didn't serve breakfast.

Rooms with Indonesian standard spring bed. Price is 250 000 - reasonable. It's situated next to a busy road so it's noisy and smelly. You can rent motorbike for just 50 000 Rp if you stay there. Ask for Harry from Limangu diving centre or guide Dominic to organise a trip. Unfortunately there aren't probably any better places to stay on the island.
