Widya Wahana Mandala Library, founded by Father Norbertus Shadeg, SVD, a priest, monk, as well as cultural man. in his service assignment on the island of Bali, P. Shadeg, SVD, as he called it, experienced fascinate and tremendous events in Balinese Culture and the Balinese Society. therefore he founded this library to document Balinese culture. there are many works and writings about Bali in this place. therefore it is recommended this place for those who want to get to know Bali. The place is behind the Tuka Catholic Church.
