Shame on you BSM!nThe flow / system of service is not going well. I have been sitting for almost 1 hour waiting for the CS queue which is actually empty but the CS is ignorant of facing the monitor as if doing something they do not call the CS service queue which is actually not doing anything, until finally the teller who asked me what I needed from the teller desk.nnSecurity at other banks usually helps customers there, they only collect serial numbers and then disappear, busy themselves, not communicating to CS for queuing confirmation.nnAfter raising the problem to CS, CS could not answer at that time and promised to contact them to provide a solution, but in fact there was no communication at all.nnIn fulfillment of this unpleasant experience, time to the toilet is in a condition that is not appropriate for a bank toilet, dark, muddy and smells bad.nnSuch a shame.
