Wi-Fi worked at reception, but barely worked in my room (#10), especially in the evenings. The signal is very weak and often disappears + it's slow. Impossible to make a WhatsApp/Skype call. In the corridor electrical meters are constantly beeping, it's stressful. Late in the evening and in the middle of the night the receptionist listens to music. You can hear everything, impossible to sleep! At 11 p.m. I had to come out of the room and ask him to turn it off. But two days later he did it again. I complained to OYO Indonesia directly, but even this didn't give any results. I had to go and ask him again. And on the last night of my stay his daughter watched cartoons until 10.30 p.m. The receptionist also smoked sitting behind his desk, the smoke got into my room. Next to my room's window there is a bird's nest. Even if the window was closed, I got the bird's excrements on the inside of the window and on the floor. There were plenty of excrements of the floor behind the desk when I checked in. Under the wardrobe we found two dead geckons. Electrical sockets are positioned in an inconvenient way: very high up, and there are none near the table or the bed. How am I supposed to charge my phone? Also, when I unplugged my laptop from one of the sockets, it fell off the wall. When I checked in, there was no duvet on the bed. I had to ask, and luckily I got one (although without a duvet cover). And there were no garbage bags.

Its a guest house with hotel standard that comes at very affordable price. It got clean bed, tv, air con, also internet that not that fast.
