Manikin Beach is one of the relatively new tourist destinations for residents of the city of Kupang and its surroundings. Kupang City Government has built several public facilities in this place such as public toilets and Lopo to take shelter, but now the capacity has been abandoned and damaged due to lack of maintenance and repairs. During the hot sun, visitors can take shelter under the Kabesak tree (thorn tree) which grows in this location. On holidays, there are traders who offer various soft drinks and market snacks to be enjoyed by visitors who come to this place.

The sunset is directly visible from the beach. The rocky beaches are unique.

The place is beautiful unfortunately there is a lot of plastic around. It is a pity that nature has to suffer so much
