The location is superb. The service is marvelous, the hotel staffs are expeditiously respond, guest questions or needs. The pool is clean and enjoyable to swim. The breakfast are mixed of local & global cuisine. However, the building is quite old. The rooms need improvement in lighting. The carpet in the guest room will be good if the hotel management put a new carpet

stayed one night ant 519. it seems this hotel is one of the most upscale hotel in this neighborhood, but with 4 stars i think they can manage to have better service. old tiles bathroom, dirty desk, seat with stain. I wish i had better experience stayed there.

It's a nice hotel. Nice breakfast, spasious room, but the bathroom is not that clean.

The food at Santan Restaurant was very good. The chefs and staff understood clearly what good service meant and delivered. But I was extremely disappointed with the blaring, loud, obnoxious music that went on at 8am for the Zumba exercise. I thought this was a proper hotel, but with this kind of activity, it’s no different than an activity at the parking lot of a minimarket. The management of this hotel clearly does not understand why guests would come here or why company’s would book the venue.
