This is the best yoga studio I've ever been. It's a personally managed studio. The owner who also the teacher, is a very kind person with positive attitude. She encourages us to try our best and be ourself. A very friendly environment, with excellent yoga flow. Nowadays it cater to Inside Flow yoga, which the best kind of yoga for me.
