The worst luvaze branch. I’ve been to luvaze Taman anggrek, Senayan and PIK branch and the standard of this Riau branch is way off. The staff handled me was very rude and not attentive to what the customer need. My hair was getting pulled everytime he blow the hair. He did not use any hair clamp, hence always tossing my hair on my face as if i was some freebies customers. If the staff is having a bad day, better don’t bring it to the working place. Very very dissapointed and very very not recommended for you who is going to try this place. Maybe it is still good for their old customers since they know already what to expect, i saw several aunties going here to do their hairdo or get some massage.
