Hair Code

Upon arriving, you will have to fill in a form (scan a QR Code, and you'll be directly go to a Google form), and just before I took a seat, someone would clean the seat with disinfectant. I was pretty impressed. And the hair massage, my my....so good! There were 3 customers yesterday and we were seated distantly, more than 1 m so I feel safe. I was handled by Mas Edi, and even though he did the hair cut slightly differently from what I want —I guess he was doing the safest cut, I wasn't disappointed with the end result. I think he just didn't want to do extreme cut, or it's just his signature style (I asked for a layered micro bob, end up a simple micro bob but still great!). I think if you need a trim or a fresh simple cut, Haircode can do some great job (I saw a lady talked to Mas Edi like she has been there couple of times, with medium simple bob and really fit her face shape, she wanted a trim). But if you want a signature style or something from the internet, I think you should try The Parlour at Darmawangsa instead. I did several cut at another Haircode place, never disappointed but not that special. I bought the haircut package from Traveloka Xperience to avoid extra cost. Hehe

Hair code in Menteng Huis had really bad interior. AC was not working, chair was quite ordinary and old. Staff was good and has done a good job. I produced Fave voucher with validity but was told that my voucher isn't valid in December. They also asked me to pay more after some time saying that long hair will require more colour!

Worth with the price, been here twice and service excellent!

Bad service, hidden costs and ill-trained employee. Never going back.
