GKJ Jenar Geparang is the main Javanese Christian church for pepanthan geparang, tanjung and kuwukan times. Sunday services begin at 7:30 a.m. and for pepanthan it is usually at 10 o'clock. The church is old enough to be built in 1933. Besides the church there is a church that provides free education.
