The building is strategic and easy to find. Cool and pleasant room. But the service is unsatisfactory because tellers are less nimble and tend to be slow. Maybe it needs training for tellers, like BPJS Health does, there is a time limit for services per person / customer / client. Hopefully BRI can be better.
