This is a beautiful, cozy garden restaurant offering Javanese and popular meals at the Sermo Dam, Kokap District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. There is a garden with playground for kids. Beautiful view down to the Sermo Dam. I and my wife are regular customers here. Our faves are sweet grilled fishes, crispy mushroom, sayur asam. There are separate gazebos and a large room suitable for large groups. Actually it's also a homestay with no hot water for bathing. Clean toilet and musholla (moslem prayer place). Inexpensive. Minuses: you must walk up high steep steps to reach the place, uncomfortable when it's raining. Staff are friendly but not always ready.

Food, atmosphere and service are really okay. Eat while enjoying the view of the Sermo Reservoir. Recommended for family events too.
