Please improve the service again, don't make it too complicated by having to register many times. I queued from 9 at 11.30 just finished, to make a referral letter. I don't know this just happens to happen today or yesterday. What is clear is that even today many have come since 7 in the morning and at 11 in the afternoon just finished.

The service was bad, it was not yet 11 o'clock but the patient was told to go home with the excuse that the service was closed and the queue was long, even though I arrived at 10:40 am not yet 11, although the “reason” for many patients should be that patients who want treatment are still being served
