The best month to visit Jurang Pulosari is in the rainy season, from September to February. At that time, the volume of the water stream is huge, and we can see the waterfall looks full and nice. In contrast, in the dry season, the stream of the waterfall is limited. We can swim in the pond below the waterfall. The water comes from some natural spring from limestone hills around.

December 2018, wrong fotos shown here, it's a big pool but at the beginning of the rainy season there isn't enough inflow to make it nice. A smaller pool nearby is good for letting your legs hang in and enjoy the silence... as long as there are no young rascals disturbing the peace ;-)

Nice waterfalls, not crowded as many are in Indonesia. A little bit hard to reach and really slippery.nnThe road to get there is... Impossible. You have to be a good scooter driver. There is a cost to park (3K).
