Today I bought 2 plastic chairs at Rp 90,000.- each, in blue colors. Shortly before dispatching the chairs, I decided to choose a green chair of the same model and type, to replace one of those blue chairs. They refused saying that the invoice had been input to their computing system, and could not in anyway be changed.nWhat an arrogant behaviour of a retail shop.nI'll never buy anything from the shop again.nnFortunately within a few hours, the shop gave me permission to replace my blue chair with a green one.nSo the dispute is well solved.nnThank you to Sayap Rajawali and Google. ud83dude0a
