The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception will help you with ANYTHING. Just let them know what you need.nnI needed to withdraw some cash and didn't know how to, and they helped.nOne of the staff lent me her personal phone to contact my sender because for some reason my sim card didn't work.nnThank you very mucho.nnP.s the Western Union is inside a post office (Pos Indonesia) building. And you'll need one copy of your ID for each withdrawal.

Sempet muter around because the position is not exactly in the map, the exact position in the post office. Moreover if you want to take money in western union, fotocopy ktp and sim let gk back and forth.
