Sijori Resort & SPA Batam

Great gateway from Singapore, specially for couples and families. The resort is huge, lots of green areas, a few activities for a fair price.nnThe breakfast is good during the weekends, for weekdays, it is not buffet.nThey have many many options on the menu, we tried a few during the 5 days we stayed there, I recommend you to try the local dishes.nnThe staff is friendly and polite. They could, however, have a better training to be more attend to the staff and to small details, such as putting out the towels at pool, refilling the coffee at the restaurant etc.nnThe room was great, clear, newly renovated, beautifully decorated.nnMy only complain is regarding the terminal pickup service. We booked but they forgot. So we wait there for 45min... the resort is 10min from the ferry terminal, thus it is such a easy thing for them to do well and such a nice plus to have a free transfer service. With A LITTLE effort, this issue will be gone.nnOverall we loved the experience, will be back.

Still under renovation so there is no restaurant, lobby and the reception is relocated into a room.nThey should tell this when you book it. The premium room is very nice, king size bed, bath and shower. Great size. The staff is nice and kind full. You need transport to go outside so you can ask then for a private car to fetch you there.nThe swimming pool is nice.nSafe is not anchored.nScreen is good and large but the analog signal is poor quality.

Great place for a holiday. Stunning hotel view. Cheap and reasonable.

This resort has no private beach. The room was spacious, lady receptionist was helpful while altering my room, yet this resort strongly needs to improve it's F&B especially their breakfast since those not only limited variations but also tasted so bland (I could say awful for such foods in resort). The pool is quite huge with depth 2.80 m and 1.20 m. They offered free ride for guests to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Hotspot was strong. Yet, their staff didn't clean up the water kettle since I found noodle leftover inside at the bottom which I suppose from previous guest. It's too disgusting!

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs were good. Though the phone was not operational. Food good but they can improve by having variety of dishes to offer.
