Since August 2016 I have handed over Panasonic MDH2 cameras to be repaired at this service center, until they are willing to wait for up to 1 year, but because there is no clarity, October 2017 I take it in a damaged condition and even worse, 1 year is useless, the reason CS & technicians are very complicated and unprofessional, if you can't fix it, isn't it straightforward? This is really a mess of PGI Service Center Palu, and really sorry to buy Panasonic products. will no longer buy this brand product again ..
