PPI Daeo Majiko is an area that is under the Morotai SKPT program, Morotai Island Regency, North Maluku Province. SKPT Morotai is one of the locations of 13 SKPTs in Indonesia which are set by the government in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia No 42 / PERMEN-KP / 2017. Geographically, Morotai Island is on the edge of the Pacific and is directly adjacent to the Republic of Palau and the Philippines. The waters of Morotai Island are also known as a migration area for several types of tuna and other economically important fish. The resource and geostrategic approach of the Morotai Island area is the basis for determining the Morotai Island Regency as a SKPT.nnThe locus of the SKPT development area in Morotai Island Regency is in Daeo Majiko Village, South Morotai District. In 2014 the number of fishermen in Daeo Majiko was 435 people, with a fishing fleet in 2013 as many as 256 units with a vessel size
