Located in the mouth of the city of Sungailiat, the capital of Bangka Regency, from the direction of Pangkalpinang, this building is very strategic. Built in the early 1980s during the reign of Bangka Regent H. Djarab. As the name suggests Building 45th Class Fighting, will be used as a museum or historical information center of the struggle of the people of Bangka during the struggle for independence until 1966.nBut the intention was not accomplished. This building has changed function many times. In the mid 1980s it was used as the Bangka Public Library. Then in the 1990s it became the Office of the Department of Education and Culture of Bangka Regency (vertical agency).nAfter being left by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 1996 the building was used as the Secretariat of several organizations.nAt the end of 2019, the Juang Building was made into the Bangka Regency Cultural Museum. Here is provided information on the history of the struggle of the people of Bangka since the IV century Srivijaya kingdom, which is famous for the Kotakapur Inscription. Depati Amir's struggle and cultural development of Bangka became the main collection of this museum.
