Non-reliable company. It had to pick up us when we arrived at Pangabai to bring us to Jimbaran but the driver never came. We had to pay an other taxi driver. We contacted the manager that didn't apologize pretending it was our fault. Forget about the refunding. Lack of honesty and of rigor ; I don't recommend this company.

Good drivers, easy-going and a nice tour of surroundings outside Amed.

They make the impression that they are more serious than others. They do not try to cheat unlike the others.

Very warm welcome from the person who received us but who unfortunately gave us the wrong ticket to go from Gili Air to Nusa Lembongan and then to Sanur.nObliged to stay longer on Gili because after talking to the director of the agency, unpleasant as possible and pretending he did not understand our problem we had to wait for a boat arriving from Amed on which was the right ticket.nNo apologies from the director who takes us high and above all a lot of time wasted.
