- as the patient feels very disappointed with the service of the food carrier,n- the officer chooses by the way food is served, the food served is deliberately steamed in plastic, while the patient next to the serving is special, while the collateral used at the health BPJS whose salary is deducted every month, NOT the usual collateral.

Very disappointed with the service here. Warm welcome is very lacking. Not a smile from the officer at all. the way to deliver information is very lacking. Some facilities do not function properly. I think the SOP here needs to be improved.
