Sorga Chocolate

Great place to learn about chocolate and experiencing dark chocolate and the varieties. The host is nice and we get some knowledge about how they produce their delicious chocolate.

Other reviews have some inaccuracies.nnThis location does have its own plantation and the 50k ticket purchases you the tastings etc with no pressure to buy anything else.nnYou are able to enjoy the short tour (about 15mins) which teaches you about chocolate production and you get to taste the beans at each stage which was really interesting.nnThey produce dark organic chocolate which is not the type you would gorge on but it is lovely and an easy experience while in the area.

Try a tour because it includes tasting of all their chocolates (about 10). Tour price is 50k per person.nThe chocolates are really premium, prices are high but worth it. Lemongrass ice cream is a rich taste experience.

Really enjoyed it! Tasted 12 varieties of their chocolate and then was given a tour of the manufacturing process by a great guide with good english. It was really interesting and I had no idea what an involved process it was to make chocolate! Their prices are reasonable and the chocolate is delicious!

Slightly hard to find due to google not having the right coordinates, but there are signs posted on the right road. Small, but great staff. Chocolate tasting is affordable and a must. We read the raving reviews and drove nearly 2 hours to get here. The caramel coco truffle is the best. For extreme chocolate lovers! They only sell dark chocolate bars and you can try 100% and cocoa nibs. Quite enjoyable.
