Just an ordinary regional-class hotel, not offering you much. But it is OK as your 'resting place' after been driving for 10 hours from Lampung to Bengkulu..hahaha

Avoid this hotel.The hotel is awful. There wasn't even a sink available any where to have a wash. The guy that runs it has a bad attitude. We only stayed bacause it was the first hotel in about 40 km and it was getting late. We didn't know there were 3 more hotels a bit further up the road. The aircon did not work properly.there are big cracks in the walls. The windows have bars fitted. It was like being in a prison cell. The beds were uncomfortable. This has been the worst experience we have had in Indonesia after 3 weeks travelling.

The hotel is pretty decent considering the location and size. The room is clean and tidy, but the bathroom door is broken a lot. For night transit it is adequate.

Zaffa hotel is relatively new so it is still clean and tidy. Very recommended for families
