I am appalled at the lack of care and empathy for Snrs, the lack of notification of changes in time schedule, the disrespect of A persons home times. In today’s world where ,o king doors are mandatory in our insurance we are required to leave our doirs unlocked as we never know when the attendants will be coming, a 4 pm appointment arriving after 5 pm is disrespectful of our own schedules and food times. and changing times arbitrarily is to be discussed with Dr’s and legal providers.

Very friendly staff but did not help me at all thru 10+ visits. I was given much attention some days. Went elsewhere and is helping more in 3 visits than 6 months here. Nice people but it feels like a production line lacking experience. That was only my therapist but is what it is.

Mark worked his magic on my neck! I came in feeling like death with terrible neck pain and migraine that I've been having for weeks. Mark new exactly what to do and after my session I left migraine free and neck pain free.
