Tzu Chi Secondary School

My previous review was deleted. I'll be honest, my previous review wasn't that great but I'm addressing actual issues. This time, I'm going to be more sensible.nnThis school has some of the worst teachers I've seen. Before I moved to this school, I was shown the good stuff (prior to the pandemic). After a few weeks of school I see several teachers that are barely teaching. They are passionless and don't care of their students. There were some teachers who are great at their job but the bad ones outnumber the good ones. If I'm not mistaken, there are 3 Head Principals and I've only seen one care and interact with their students. This issue is only even worse now that we have online school.nnThe next issue is the students. While most of them are great, there are a few that are unreasonable. I had one person borrow my book only to deny ever borrowing it the next day. I've tried confronting it to the teachers but haven't heard much. If you expect your child to be more well-behaved, then I wouldn't get your hopes up.nnThere are plenty of facilities in this school but most of them are closed after school. Depending on the teachers, you might be allowed to enter the rooms though.nnPrice of books are bit expensive regardless they are new or second-hand. Food are served for free but sometimes could be cold. Rooms and toilets are clean. Very strict about uniform. Pretty standard stuff when it comes to school.nnOverall, bad experience. Wished I didn't choose to move. You might have your own opinion on this school but this is mine and hopefully it is reasonable enough to not be deleted.
