Oakwood Apartments PIK Jakarta

the security was all fine, the safety of this place is splendid and also the facility was superb i can say. however, i decided not to stay here because the room cleaning was horrible. supposedly before guests check in they should've cleaned the room even to the corners. not because of the fact that it's dusty. but like i found used cotton buds on the corner of the bathroom floor, and the kitchen wasn't cleaned entirely like knifes etc. so i really had to do the double work for the cleaning. i hope they throughly clean everything and i hope they did sanitize the room beforehand... not sure.

Oakwood Apartment Pik, Jakarta is not at all good for long stay or for business stay. Housekeeping staff is completely unprofessional and do not maintain cleanliness or hygiene in your rooms. In seven months of our stay they hardly vacuum cleaned our rooms. Bed sheets are not clean most of the times. Spiders can easily be seen in room near bed. Restaurant staff is good. Reception staff sometimes good and sometimes not because most of the time they forget to inform the housekeeping to pick up laundry from our room.

Another options to stay in PIK, close to many restaurants, market, and public spot. Since this is a service apartment, for price as same as hotel you could get room with kitchen and washing machine. They also have good swimming pool. Very recommended.

The Views and Facilities are superb but the unit was very dissappointing as like you can hear very clear what your neighbour next door talking about etc, but for noise from above very good no noise.nSeems like the wall between units are very thin. But the security, cleaning services they were very good especially at the carribian tower since it’s a serviced apartment by Oakwood. Anyway, it’s a good place if trying to spend sometimes away, but not in a hotel.

Well maintained. Good facility. Got indoor and outdoor pool. Small hidden restaurant on first floor.
