Sunda Kelapa is a container port near Kota Tua (Old Town). It's probably one of the few ports that allow anyone to go in for a casual tour.nnWhat's interesting about it is the way goods are transferred from old boats to the trucks, or vice-versa. It's still labor-intensive.nnWhat's also interesting is the sea water level was higher than what we were standing on, with a dyke separating us from the water.nnIt can be dusty there especially when trucks kick it up. You might want to wear a mask when you're there.

Fascinating place for photo taking. Historic port with traditional phinisis (boats) delivering goods to the entire archipelagos
