Really nice & friendly service from tech support in here, they will prioritize for customers coming here to diagnose the problem and if possible solved it right away if no overnight service needed. Got my DDX917ws having boot loop problem after updating fault firmware and the tech there decided to replace whole control/processor module in just about 1.5 hour waiting there, i was already feeling bad for that head unit, but hey it came back nicely new after that, thank you!
