Needs more squat racks and bench press stations (they only have one of each). Free weight area is small and gets crowded easily. Also needs a real pullup bar, as the only places to do pullups are the handles attached to machines that are often already being used for other exercises.nCustomers here are more focused and less noisy/irritating than the ones at Thamrin City.nGreat cardio equipment.nAlso good is that there is lots of space for stretching, if you include the yoga rooms when they’re not in use.

this gym is crowded at weekdays specially after work hour. love the sea view from yoga class. i really hope they added some more pilates class and cycling class on weekend.

Great place for a healthier body. Really enjoy the peaceful seaview while took yoga morning class.
