Well if you're extending a tourist visa, you need a photocopy of your passport (&page with visa) plus onward ticket, which can be done at the 'kooperasi' in front of the office compound. The immigration office says it opens at 8.00am but the problem is when your application has been approved and you have to pay it's out sourced (I assume) to the Bank BRI booth outside who doesn't arrive till 9.00am in the morning which isn't a big deal just arrive a bit after eight, the cafeteria seemed closed when I was there during Ramadan. Once you pay you have to come back the next day, to take a photo? And then wait another day so it actually takes three working days. But generally the staff are quite friendly and the place has a nice green feel due to the landscaping. There's free parking inside and don't forget to wear shoes!
