maybe this place is not well known in Cirebon, but nasi ayam (chicken rice) in front of Santa Maria School is a delicacy onto itself. basically it is a white rice with sweet and spicy sambal, with fried chicken, fried chicken gizzard, skin, and intestines. salty but savory, you will miss this delicacy which you couldnt found anywhere else but in Cirebon. the serundeng (fried grated coconuts and garlic) give the final, perfect touch to go with the food
