I visited their shop in Rydalmere a number of times to seek advice on the the correct part for modifying a commercial lock.nThey have junior staff manning the counter who have to go out back to seek seek answers from someone more senior inside the office. Unfortunately the senior staff seem to think it below them to actually come out and speak directly to customers so you end up relaying messages back and forth with the junior staff member as a go between.nThis has now happened to me on 3 occasions so I think it is a cultural problem and would therefor not recommend this company if you are seeking advice or guidance before purchasing an item.nIn my case the item ended up being incorrect (perhaps due to the Chinese whispers) and on returning the item I was charged a 20% 'restocking fee' as they deemed I had changed my mind. Once again this was conducted with a junior staff member relaying messages from out back.nBeware and be careful when purchasing items from this company.

Super friendly Spanish young dude came and rescue us from a rainy Sunday night locked out situation (I will forever resent myself for wanting ice cream and leaving my keys inside haha) in less than hour we were back dry inside. Great service.

After spending hundreds of dollars on poor advice and bad products with other locksmiths I discovered Integrity Security. In one phone call, Gordon had understood my application and provided two excellent solutions. Why bother with the rest when Integrity are the best!
