Taman Kasmaran has changed now. If you like coffee, there's Tepian Kopi on the second floor. Their Americano is good, they say its house blend. If you are dimsum lover, there's Umpan Lambungku, a small dimsum shop but the taste is not small. Try their Xiao Long Bao. It gewd. And there's a public library you can visit. It opens untill 3pm.
