Decent hospital with quite complete service. It is type C hospital and recieve BPJS patient with 2 times of register: 06.30 am and 11.00 am. For doctors schedule is mostly different from reguler and BPJS patient. Needs to come to the information desk to get the up to date schedule. Obey the health protocol with checking the temperature of everyone that come in. Asking question whether the patient is allowed to come in or not. If there are any suspicious symptom of COVID-19, there is facilities (ISPA clinic) located in parking area to check up with doctor service. It has PCR test's drivethrue (I believe it is until 3 pm, but until 5 pm the PCR test is still open, but need to do that at near ISPA clinic. It has rapid and antigen test also. But above 11 am, you need to check up in ER facilities to see a doctoer because the ISPA clinic is already closed.nnThe services quite excelent with good performance of every staff. The place is regularly tidy up everyday. A lot of options of doctors. The parkir is quite enough for both car and motorcycle (near the doctor's parking area). This hospital accept anykind of payment including scan barcode so it is fully cashless and contactlesss. Parking payment also accept cashless payment. Need to be patient in pharmacy, no need to hurry because you can take it another time as long it is not more than 2 weeks. It can be delivered or using online pickup services. The price is standard as a private hospital but it recieve any kind insurance (not only BPJS).nnIt is not hospital reference of COVID-19 based on list that is given from East Java government. But it handles COVID-19 patient. Need to make sure there is bed left for this because last time I know is full occupied (around end of January 2021).

Its a huge and nice hospital..but in term of registration system,they need to improve it so that when a new patient come,they don't get lost..

If u're BPJS member, get ready to loose your time, energy and patient. And also money if you're hungry.

Doctor arrived an hour later than scheduled. Got number 8 as a queue. Waiting for 2 hours to get in. Medicines were out of stock, said to deliver in the afternoon - only arrived in the evening. Customer service was bad and not helpful. Witnessed myself lots of people got mad because of the service and the sudden cancellation from not arriving doctors.
