The staffs are kind and polite. However they seriously need to improve their services quality for covid-19 test. I came at 10am and there was no queue before me. It unbelievably took 1 hour only to wait for them to take my specimen, and another 1.5 hours for the results. You'd better find other places.

The service quality is low because staffs are very forgetful, even about only printing a piece of paper i need to wait about 1.5 hour before i asked again and they did it under 1 minute. No apologize received. I took covid 19 test and my friend took covid 19 vaccine. My friend need 2-3 hours... Twice. Because he need 1st and 2nd vaccine... Too much time wasted. Better find another hospital

It's an old hospital, established since a long time ago, and still maintain the originality in most areas, perhaps it's the most green hospital I know. Have been attended here few times in the past, I love the environment, and all the nurses are nice and provide service with sincerity. Last time here for visiting Dr. Pangestu Adi at the medical centre, one of the best internist in town. Car parking can be difficult sometimes.
