Java Paragon Hotel & Residences

I visited the Citilites Restaurant located in Java Paragon Residence. It was quite an experience to eat while being able to see the view during night. But, it was very windy and the food took very long to be served. I waited for almost 2 hours for only a total of 4 portions. Yes, it was good, but their time management on serving the food was not good. We had a hard time with the hard-blowing wind.

I stayed here for 2 days 1 night in apartment residence. So far, it's quite good because it offers wide rooms for at least 7 people or more. However, the lightning not so good because it's not really bright. Some of the kitchen utensils are dirty and old. Moreover, the toilet is dirty at first.nnHowever, it is still recommended for family trip. It will ease you in finding a single room that fits 10 person! The view from 10th floor is also cool.

Excellent hotel with sophisticated facilities. The room is completed with refrigerator, tea maker, even hairdryer. A bit old hotel but it still well maintained. The security staff in the motorcycle park is really helpful. One thing which I don't like is there is no socket beside the bed.

Enjoy our fellowship at Citilies Resto. Celebrate birthday, good views on the top. We order some food. Tenderloin, tongue steak is a little hard, we ask to re-cook it.

Overall it was a good staycation, food: taste wise its nice but portions wise its too small for 4stars hotel standard, with all the pandemic and chaos it is understandable for the breakfast to be sent straight to your room but yes, the portioning is to small. And the reasons i gave this hotel solid 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the hotel staff underestimated me with the way they behave/treated me cause i am 24 years old and looks younger, yes, thats how i felt and that is my opinion. Should have treated your guest equally and not jeopardize your hotel reputation. Thank You.
