How is this J&T, I haven't received the package but it has been received in the application, if it can't be delivered, don't send it, please !!! This is what makes many customers switch because the service is bad

Often get bad experiences at this jnt. Jnt express is a good expedition but the counter is the service that is not good. Once the item was lost then it took a very long time to replace the money, but because I am patient, please understand. The two items arrived at the counter far in advance but the goods were not delivered for up to 2 days just because it was raining. So if it rains a week, my package isn't delivered a week? The third call the JNT party but suddenly turning it off is not really polite. JNT or its superiors should be able to read this review on Google, see how your counter rating is low, meaning that there are many complaints. Please improve the SOP and HR if you want to move forward. Customers are entitled to the best service

Hello, please immediately send my package, COD on behalf of Fajar Prayitno in Cadok, Balai Bt Tarang, because the item is food.
