Cheater hotel. I book 2 rooms in Traveloka for 3 days 2 nights. When I arrived at 9pm, our room was sold to the walk in customer, even though we had booked through traveloka. Then we were given cottages as a substitute for our hotel room for a while at a commensurate price. The rooms are not decent at all, there is no water, dirty and smelly bed linen, sticky floors and the bathroom smells of urine / urine. We then asked for a refund, the hotel management attitude was really rude. PAYAH, SHAME ON YOU.
