Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) Ambon

The office called Center of Deep Sea Research under Indonesian Institute of Sciences (CDSR LIPI). Ambon people always call us LIPI Ambon. We are old institution but about 5 years using CDSR name. Our office is easy to find and divided i to 2 area. The first area is main office and laboratory and the second area is port and another laboratory. You can see our research vessel named Baruna Jaya 7. However, since 2017 BJ7 has retired. We in the process of build new ship and new port for the ship. Maybe some years later, our office will change.
