I recently had a massage and a facial (something I had never had before!). The experience was most delightful and relaxing. Pure luxury, followed by a very civilised glass of champagne. A must do again! Maria, who was the therapist, was excellent and professional.

Overall, extremely satisfied. Pleasant experience getting a facial treatment and massage. Perhaps the staff in reception were a bit stiff and cold, but I don't blame them.

Facilities are stunning! I had a lovely massage which was super relaxing. Definitely recommend for a nice treat.

I went to Hale spa today for the first time and I am in love with it completely what ambience, fabulous staff, service was the best... Janay who did my pedicure was such a lovely lady... gave me the best massage, made me so comfortable.. love u Janay and thank u so much !! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I got a voucher for Christmas last year, booked 4 months in advance to use the voucher only to find out on the day that the spa/ pool area was closed. So I did not get to enjoy the full day spa experience, and there was absolutely no compensation for not getting the full service. I didn't even have the option to cancel and rebook. I found this frustrating.nPositives: staff were lovely. My pregnancy massage and body scrub was wonderful and I really enjoyed it. The seating area following treatments was lovely and clean.nI would have loved to have been able to spend more time there.
