The staff was very friendly and the rooms super clean. Coming there early in the morning helped to shorten the waiting time (we didn't wait at all). The locals said that from 5 pm it would be very crowded! We as tourists were glad to have a guide with us who could translate from Indonesian to English.nThe doctor was very professional and helpful, the staff conducted a blood test within Western standards (everything sterile). We waited only 30 minutes for the results of the in-house laboratory.

The system picks up the queued number in stages, first reports in the morning starting at 8, and at 17:00 reports self treatment, then service. Good and satisfying service
