Lovely to see Isobel again after such a long time. She was great as usual, even though she had to work hard to remove more than a year's plaque! Thanks, too , to her new assistant. They are a a very cheery team!

Having waited many months to have dental treatment carried out on my teeth by Whitemoss Dental Practice, who were to contact a specialist medical consultant regarding approval for carrying out the recommended dental treatment, I am not impressed at the lax way in which progressing medical permission from the consultant has been drawn out - long before COVID-19 was known of. I had to contact the medical consultants secretary as the WDP staff indicated that no response had been received back. They then informed me that no contact had been received from WDP, and that when contact IS finally made a prompt response would be made to any request. On informing WDP of this a further few months passed by and then COVID-19 reared its ugly head. Sadly, approximately 2 years later, I am still awaiting dental treatment, and doubt that it will be forthcoming soon. Fortunately for me, it would appear that the tooth / teeth in question are long gone dead and do not provide any pain. I'd hate to be a WDP patient that has been suffering discomfort and pain over recent weeks, months and years. Stay Safe.
