BKKBN held a seminar and outreach on family planning with the slogan of 2 children enough. The high birth rate in Riau Province is a serious concern of the BKKBN for controlling population. The BKKBN office is located on a terubuk road and the access road is narrow. On Tuesday afternoon the street was jammed because of the shocked market.
