The only place in town (so far) which provides experienced trainer(s) to help the clients achieving various goals; i.e: mobility, agility, explosiveness, weight loss, toning & shaping, etc. through legitimate functional training.nnExtensive array of LesMills classes led by certified trainers and experts.nnWell kept hygiene, water always available on each floor, very reasonable price with continous seasonal deals, very-very friendly and helpful personnels, open Monday-Saturday.

the ambience is pretty friendly, well i’m one of those person who likes to workout where i can make friends and acquaintance, so this place was impeccable choice for that, in the other hand the instructors are well certified and i dont have to worry about getting injured while doing some move in class that i haven had any experience with.. and the studio is vast enough that i dont need to squeeze in to join the program...
