The service was excellent. Though the burgers is not as big as I remembered them. But it was delicious.

The food is good, but the can't care less attitude of the manager and till staff is disappointing. At the very least, apologize if you overcharge a customer!

Very disappointed in the service. We ordered over the phone for collection, and arrived to find the order hadn't been placed. We then redid our order with the teller, and paid for what we thought was a king steer burger and cheese burger meal with a large and regular chips (what we ordered). We then received the bag, and noticed the chips weren't in the bag, I wished we checked the burgers too. When we got home we got a cheese burger and an original steers burger. When we phoned at 18h58 the women told us we made the incorrect order (check the recording please) and that we must come back the next day. Overall I am very disappointed in the service and accountability of the staff. Won't go back again.
