Wagamama

We made a trip in over the weekend, and were very shocked by none of the staff utilizing face-masks or trying to maintain any form of distance. I understand it is a restaurant, and the delivery of food will result in close-proximity contact, but both attendees who took our orders and delivered our food didn't act like social distancing was even an issue to consider. If masks aren't going to be utilized, perhaps some form of adherence to social distancing and awareness in-branch should be encouraged by management, as we certainly didn't get the impression of that existing during our trip.

Me and my husband went to eat there couple days ago. The positives were that we didn't have to wait for a table and food arrived quickly, we for one of us did.nThe problem was that we ordered food together but it didn't come at same time, my husband got his food and was nearly done eating before I got mine. This was the issue with others eating around us as well. People don't receive food at same time so they could start and finish eating at same time.nFood wasn't hot enough was just slightly warm when it was delivered so it didn't taste nice at all, it was almost as if was microwaved.nStaff extremely unprofessional, do not have any kind of training in how to serve to a customer. This place is very expensive so they should invest in their staff and train them properly.nWould I go back there again? Absolutely not. Too expensive for that quality of food and poor service.

Me and my partner went for an evening meal today.nnI've a food intolerance and manager went out of his way to explain menu and recommend me what food is suitable.nnExtremely friendly, tables were spread out with visors for social distancing. Considering how busy the restaurant actually was, the staff continued to deliver outstanding service.nnThank you ud83dude0a

I ordered Wagamama off UberEATS and I would not recommend. The food was cold, the ramen was tasteless and very watery and the 'salad' with the chicken katsu included the end hard bit of the lettuce. The gyozas were like rubber and the bao was 99% jelly and 1% meat. To be fair I've eaten at this wagamamas before and it hasn't been as bad but tonight was completely woeful.
